Terms And Conditions

Article 1. Concepts and aptness
1.1 On all offers, orders and agreements of Stickers & Stripings.com (hereafter: Stickers & Stripings.com) these General Sale Conditions (hereafter: Conditions) are applicable. Unless Stickers & Stripings.com agree to other conditions in writing. The customer can not derive any rights from possibly agreed deviations for future transactions.
1.2 Accepting an offer, or placing an order means that you accept the suitability of these conditions.
1.3 Of that stipulated in these conditions, may only be deviated in writing, in which case the other provisions will remain fully applicable.

Article 2. Offers/agreements
2.1 All offers from Stickers & Stripings.com will be free of engagement and Stickers & Stripings.com will reserve explicitly the right to adjust prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations.
2.2 An agreement will only be effected after acceptance of your order by Stickers & Stripings.com. Stickers & Stripings.com has the right to refuse orders or to connect specific conditions to the supply, unless specifically stipulated otherwise. In the event that an order will not be accepted, Stickers & Stripings.com will inform you of this within two (2) working days after de reception of the order.

Article 3. Prices and payments
3.1 The prices quoted for the products and services offered are in euros inclusive of BTW (VAT).
3.2 For transport within en out The Netherlands we will charge € 5.95 

3.3 After an order, you will immediately receive a confirmation per e-mail with the total costs, inclusive of shipment costs stated in that. Payment is always in advance for the total amount: Directly and online through iDEAL or Paypal or by transfer by bank or giro account, but after agreement from the payment mediator. No extra costs will be charged for online payments.

Article 4. Delivery
4.1 All orders will be shipped to the delivery address stated with the order within 5 working days after receipt of the payment through TNT-post at the latest. Should we deviate from that for specific reasons, you will be informed of this by e-mail, however, in principle an order will always be delivered within 5 working days after receipt of the payment. We will have the order be delivered by TNT-post. In the event that you will not be home at the time of delivery, you may collect the package at a post office in the vicinity.
4.2 Exceeding the agreed time of delivery will not entitle the customer to damages, annulment of the agreement or non-compliance of any obligation that might ensue from this or any other agreement in connection with  this.
4.3 The product must be delivered to the customer 30 days after ordering at the latest. When this does not take place, the customer may undo the purchase immediately. This is not applicable if the parties agreed on another delivery term.

Article 5. Guaranty and Return
5.1 We will do everything to supply a perfect product. Ordered products will be made to measure for the purchaser. Therefore, products may not be returned without agreement by Stickers & Stripings.com. Nevertheless, should the article ordered not be to your expectations, you may contact Stickers & Stripings.com in writing within 14 calendar days after receipt of the order. Please clearly state the scale and nature of the deficiency in this. Only in consultation with Stickers & Stripings.com replacement or refunding of the product may take place.
5.2 Stickers and Stripings.com will not warrant the sticking of the stickers if these have not been applied by Stickers and Stripings.com.

Article 6. Liability
6.1 No rights may be derived from Stickers & Stripings.com on any design. These are only approximately. Ordered products will only be made in conformity with the client's specifications and not on the basis of the design of Stickers & Stripings.com.

6.2 Any liability of Stickers & Stripings.com and of the staff and the products of Stickers & Stripings.com for any damage, irrespective of nature, directly or indirectly, amongst which company loss, consequential loss, damage to personal property or real estate or to persons, will be explicitly excluded. Neither are Stickers & Stripings.com liable for the damage caused by third parties in the execution of the agreement.
6.3 Stickers & Stripings.com will not accept any liability for damage, if any, caused by the use of the products from Stickers & Stripings.com.
6.4 In any case, any liability from Stickers & Stripings.com towards the purchaser is limited to the invoice amount at the utmost, the purchaser will owe Stickers & Stripings.com in consideration of said agreement.
6.5 For misunderstanding, mutilations, delays or not arriving adequately of orders and communications as a result of the use of Internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between customer and Stickers & Stripings.com, or between Stickers & Stripings.com and third parties, in so far as in connection with the relationship between customer and  Stickers & Stripings.com, Stickers & Stripings.com is not liable, unless and in so far as intent or gross culpability of Stickers & Stripings.com is implied.

Article 7. Force majeure
7.1 In the case of force majeure, Stickers & Stripings.com is entitled to, at their discretion, to postpone your order, or to dissolve the agreement without any legal interfering, such by announcing this in writing and such without Stickers & Stripings.com being obliged to pay any damages, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances to standards of reasonability and fairness.
7.2 Under force majeure is understood as any failure for which Stickers & Stripings.com are not accountable, because this is not due to her fault and neither in pursuance to the law, legal act or in views applicable in traffic for her account.

Article 8. Privacy
Any personal information will only be used to dealing with the order and will never be made available to third parties.

Article 9. Miscellaneous
9.1 In the event that you provide Stickers & Stripings.com with an address in writing, Stickers & Stripings.com is entitled to ship any order to that address, unless you provide Stickers & Stripings.com with another address in writing to which your order should be shipped.
9.2 When deviations from these Conditions either implicitly or explicitly have been approved for shorter or longer periods of time by Stickers & Stripings.com, will leave unimpeded their right still to require direct and strict compliance with these Conditions. You will never be able to assert any rights on the basis of the fact that Stickers & Stripings.com applies these Conditions leniently.
9.3 If one or more of the stipulations of these conditions or any other agreement with Stickers & Stripings.com would be contrary to any applicable legal regulation, the stipulation concerned will lapse and this will be replaced by a new stipulation to be determined by Stickers & Stripings.com legally lawfully comparable.
9.4 Stickers & Stripings.com is authorized to use third parties to perform your order(s).

9.5 The site of Stickers & Stripings.com may contain adverts from third parties or links to other sites. Stickers & Stripings.com is not responsible for the privacy policy of these sites.

9.6 It is not allowed to frame this website. Therefore, Stickers & Stripings.com do not feel responsible or liable for the access to the information on a website linked from or to this website. All measurements, prices and pictures are on condition and may differ. The brands, pictures and logos (hereafter together brands) which will be used and shown on this site are registered or non-registered brands from Stickers & Stripings.com or from third parties and may possibly be used without the prior approval from the holder of those brands not used in advert or other advertising material. The stickers are intended for decoration and do not indicated that the indicated products are actually present in the vehicle.

Article 10 Applicable law and competent judge
10.1 On all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions are applicable, as well as on these conditions, Dutch law is exclusively applicable.
10.2 Any dispute between parties will exclusively be presented to the competent judge in The Netherlands.
